Life has been pretty busy lately. The job hunt is still ongoing but no luck as of yet. Hopefully I'll get one within the next few weeks. I'd like to get a job with kids so I have a good reference to get into the education program that I'll be applying for this winter.
I added a brush set and a new site layout. I'm currently working on a screencap gallery but my computer does not want to cooperate with DVDs at the moment. It's frustrating.
If you've sent me an e-mail that I haven't responded to within the last few months, I apologize. I haven't checked my inbox for a really long time, but I am checking it regularly again.
Epic Fail.

I disappeared off the face of the planet but have now returned to the escape that is this site. School kept me busy most of the term and well, I've just been lazy. Life has been well, besides the fact that I'm having an awfully hard time finding a summer job.
I added a new guild layout, some pixels, three new userlookups (and removed the old ones), nine new textures and a backgrounds page. I plan to add much more content, mostly classroom and website layouts. I never did get around to putting up those tutorials. I shall put that on my list as well.
This new layout doesn't work quite as well in IE as in Firefox, and I'm getting sick of trying to fix it so download Mozilla Firefox, okay?
Emmy is alive.

So, yup, I'm alive. I've been pretty busy, but mostly just lazy. I guess I haven't had much motivation to update lately. Spring break is one achingly long week away, so hopefully more updates to come then. I'd really like to get a new layout up, I'm getting really sick of this one.
I made a new guild layout. It features the first task. I really need to get those tutorials up. I have about three half-written.
We bought a 46" Samsung LCD TV last night. It gets delivered tomorrow, I'm so excited. If I don't update, I'm most likely glued to my new TV.

Blah, school is death. I have so much reading to do it's insane. I've been putting it off too, I'm such a procrastinator. I added 4 new icons, and I started a tutorial, but alas, I have yet to finish it. Hopefully I can get some stuff done this weekend. I still need to read The Princess and the Goblin. I was supposed to have it read for last Thursday, haha.
I've been getting really sick lately. Like, every two days or so I feel sick. I don't know if it's just the time of year or something else. Stress, maybe? When I get too stressed, I tend to give up and procrastinate, much like now. I should really get back to my books.
because i'm not myself, you see.

I'm back! I revamped the site, and new content will be on its way soon. My term at school has been insane so far, and it's only a couple of weeks in. The reading never seems to end. So as soon as I get another free moment away from my books, I'll be hard at work with new content. I was thinking about making more userlookups and maybe get around to making those tutorials.
When my face hasn't been glued to the pages of my textbooks, I've been going out with my friends. I sort of drifted away from them in the last couple of months because of conflicting schedules, but it's all good now. I've also been spending lots of time with my family, which was nice in the beginning, but now it's becoming a little irksome. My life is very uneventful, but I like it that way.
I finished reading Alice's Adventures in Wonderland last week for my Children's Literature course. I cannot believe that I missed out on this book when I was younger! I loved the Disney movie, but the book was even better. Even though he was a little creepy, Lewis Carroll was a genius. I love this class. Soon we'll be getting into The Chronicles of Narnia, The Hobbit, and of course, Harry Potter. It's really interesting to study them from a literary point of view. Well, at least for an English major it is.
